The service

This site provides free, in-browser tools for converting contact data between CSV/Excel and vCard (VCF) formats, plus written guides. The tools run on your device; using them constitutes acceptance of these terms.

No warranty

The tools and guides are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We work hard to produce spec-correct vCard output and test it against real importers, but contact ecosystems are messy: we cannot guarantee that any particular device, app or service will import a given file, or that conversion output will be free of errors for every input. Keep a backup of your original files — since the originals never leave your device, they are your backup.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site — including lost or corrupted contact data, failed imports, duplicated contacts, or decisions made based on the guides.

Acceptable use

• Convert only data you have the right to process.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it wholesale, or wrap and resell the tools as your own service.
• Automated bulk access that degrades the site for others is not permitted.

Third-party names

Google Contacts, Android, iPhone, iCloud, Outlook, Excel and other product names belong to their respective owners. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Apple or Microsoft; names are used only to describe compatibility.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms. See also the Privacy Policy.
